I made Caramelized Soy Pork & Thai Red Pumpkin Curry. The problem with both of these recipes is I have a really good soy pork that I make and also a really good pumpkin curry...both of which use lots of ingredients and are labor intensive. These recipes are not and therefore the tastiness is muted.
They were so boring I forgot to take pictures of them. Here are some pics from the clothing exchange instead...

Hmmm... The "labor intensive" and "lots of ingredients" would make the new recipes attractive to me...as an alternative to the real thing of course. :)
