Today I must tackle my larger than life laundry pile. Yesterday I asked Ian to put the clothes from the washer into the dryer. And he did. I went into the laundry room and the clothes were very nicely put from the washer into the dryer. But just sitting there as wet and cold as can be. I forget I need to be more specific - I must specify that asking to put the cold, wet, soggy laundry includes turning the dryer on. I have to remember that things that are so obvious to adults are not as necessarily so clear to children.
