I,m looking forward to being part of the "J" project this month. I know the official rules state that no new product will be acquired by me during April. I don't have anything on my wish list at the moment but it's likely I will forget and incur a penalty of some sort. I will not be incorporating "Tofurkey" in any of my recipes as a meat substitute. I used it in spaghetti that one time only because the name created in my mind the combination of turkey and sausage for some reason. The putty like consistency should have alerted me to the fact that the end result would not be similar to sausage. Thanks again for the opportunity to expand my culinary horizons!
