Summer Fruit Soup...by Juli

Hmmm...I don't even know where to start with this one. Cooked fruit I guess just isn't my thing. Everyone else seemed to like it, but I disgarded my serving to Joel for just the weirdness of it. Star anise simmered in this soup broth and I think the licorice taste threw me off. Oh well, another dessert recipe done. What weird dessert will I be making next?
