I'm not known for my sportiness.
So for me to take a spinning class is waaay out of my element. I've taken two and my butt hasn't fallen off, so I might keep up with it. I like that you can't hide...you can't really pretend like you're spinning if you're not. The instructor is slightly abrasive: i heard him bark out to one girl "we're talking after class, you've always got some problem" and to another "i don't know why you stop pedaling...we NEVER stop pedaling in spin class" and though some people wouldn't like that kind of thing, it keeps me on my toes.
I've told the instructor that I've got a deficient exercise attention span, so he is going to give me a few ideas of other things to do to add variety to my workout regime. Maybe Mikey will re-start boot camp when it gets warmer?? Promise I'll try to not barf.

Are you at Parkpoint now?!? So jealous! I used to do a spin class at like 5 am. That was a few years ago and still when I hear songs that the instructor always played I feel like spinning! Ask Kit, he will verify my arms spinning when 'Its my life' by No Doubt comes on....playing it now and I want to spin! Good job Jess!
No, not at Parkpoint, I'm taking it at that little Pilates studio in the same shopping centre as Shelton's. Soooo, my butt will feel better at some point?
Believe it or not but the intense pain and soreness on your butt bone will go away. Or you could be a dork and wear padded shorts :)
Zack has a pair and I tried them on...and I just couldn't walk out the door with them on.
