Huge cucumbers (I heard a MOM, COME HERE scream and ran outside; Ian turned over the cucumber stalk and we saw all these big ole cukes hanging out! Now comes the...do I pick? do I wait? dilemma), so many green beans and tomatoes that are starting to turn orange. Very exciting time in the garden for us.
My squash look beautiful until they reach about 4 inches long, and then they shrivel up, die and fall off the stalk. What's the deal???

our squash are doing the same thing. and we've never ever had a problem with that before. don't know what to tell you!
you are the third person who has said that it's happening to their squash too. WEIRD!!!!
i might just give in and rip my squashes out and start over - it's too disheartening watching them die like this! here's to hoping that i can get at least one crop this year!
thats not good um i think i would pick the 4 inches long squash
