Uh Oh. Paella? I don't have a Paella pan. A shopping trip was very narrowly averted when I called just the right person (Thank you Beckie!) who had one I could use! Best of all she and Marcella also prepped the whole meal and frankly cooked most of it while I watched Harry Connick Jr. on American Idol (whom, as you know or should know, I've adored forever).
It really shouldn't count. But I'm going to count it anyway!
