I don't know about you, but when I hear the words crispy fried chicken I envision golden brown crispy fried deliciousness. This was not the case. It was more of a lightly sauteed chinese chicken. Tasty, but not crispy nor fried. The noodles were too spicy for my children (yeah even the one that goes through the big bottle of Tobasco in a month) so I guess it wasn't the biggest hit in our house, but still a good quick recipe.
Here's a little something to think about. On our thrifting trip, mom asked if we were going to keep on doing the project when the year was over. Justine was pretty much immediately and adamantly saying no, I was kind of wishy-washy between maybe I won't buy as much but still not be restricted, and Juli said she doesn't think she'll ever buy new again. Interesting, eh?

Thanks Jes. Just to set the record straight, I said "No" immediately and adamantly for comic effect when mom asked us if we would continue next year but agreed that I would be up for doing a modified version. I'm sure you wrote it that way for comic effect too. Right?
