Pssst....don't tell ANYONE!!!

Okay, okay. The secret's out anyway. August 21st & 22nd is the "Just Between Friends" Fall/Back to School Sale at the Sonoma County Fairground in Santa Rosa!

Last May, a friend invited me to the first Northbay "Just Between Friends" Event and I was overwhelmed by the selection of goodies (and thrilled that I could buy something!) I purchased two, nearly new pairs of Gymboree shoes for Phoebe. How cute are they?

If you are not familiar with "JBF", check out their website www.jbfsale.com/northbay. Taking the place of a traditional children's consignment store, these events take place throughout the year in a big warehouse type setting. From the comfort of your home, you organize and tag your previously loved, gently used kids/baby clothes, toys, gear etc. that you want to sell. You then bring them in for others to peruse and purchase and finally, best of all, you get to shop for "new to you" items for your kiddies.

With less than three more weeks to clean out closets, garage and other nooks and cranny's in my house, you can imagine the mess I'm making. There's literally one room in my house that you can't walk into. I keep telling myself it's going to be worth it...as long as I don't buy as much as I'm getting rid of!

Unless you are a consignor or volunteer, there's a $2.00 entrance fee...but I just happen to have some free pass coupons! Just post a comment and let me know you are interested and I will get it to you! When you sign up on JBF's mailing list...you will probably get a postcard in the mail like I did. Here's what they look like if you're curious...Come on. You know you really want a postcard of your own now!

Phoebe's is hilarious! Does Lola count as a kid? Maybe I should get her a bikini to inspire her to lose some weight! JK....

I'm so glad you're doing it! It's a lot of work, but it's so worth it. I'm already setting stuff aside for the next one. I'd love to go with you if you have an extra pass :)
