Sunday Tradition...by Juli

As two working peeps we never ever have a decent breakfast together during the week. Honestly the hubster never eats breakfast, and mine usually consists of toast, cereal, or oatmeal, wah-wah. Come Sunday morning I am making breakfast! Nothing fancy, maybe some eggs and toast, but most usually pancakes! {I have a a scary obsession with pancakes} With the abundance of lemons I decided to go with some english pancakes....Oh the yummy tartness!...If you have never had english pancakes, they are basically like a crepe but a little thicker and accompanied with fresh squeezed lemon and sugar. This was a special treat in the Troup house and it has made it's way into the hearts of every Fox in our house.
and of course our english tea with milk and sugar

Here's a link to the recipe I used. As I am reading it it looks like I didn't follow the directions exactly {like let it rest for 15 minutes} but they came out perfectly. Hope you enjoy!
