There are some things I just can't buy or I'll eat it all before i even put them away (peppermint ice cream, TJ's Sweet & Salty Trail mix, beef jerky, Almond Roca).
And TJ's Thai Lime & Chili Cashews. Man, they're so good and addicting.
Next week I'm eating vegan. Not the kind of vegan Zack is eating because that kind of eating makes me fat (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice). The kind of vegan my body needs me to eat is vegetables and protein. Zack researched some body analysis thing and says my body type (short, sturdy, gains muscle quick & bulky like) also needs to eat a diet high in good fat. So how about a salad of avocados, nuts & olive oil? Sounds good to me!
