Watercress and Strawberry vinaigrette & Cheddar Croutons...by Juli

This was just weird...Croutons made of cubes of cheddar cheese? I thought the cheese would just melt in the oven...and it did, leaving the egg/flour coating still in tact. I have to admit some crunchy burnt cheese bits were good on the salad, but I wasn't a big fan of a plateful of bitter watercress. It doesn't do it for me like arugula....mmmm....
